And yeah if ya know me, you know I am NOT going to be spending $400 for a crib set. So I ended up picking out a MUCH cheaper DwellStudio for Target crib set which was brown and white polka dots and stripes, and then doing some owl canvas paintings of my own for Caden's nursery and I am quite pleased with the results:
Ok so the room turned out great but the bathroom upstairs which is Caden's and his future brother or sister's is still not decorated for kids yet. It is yellow, which I am ok with and it has a striped shower curtain. Mehhh it's ok but I have never been in love with it. My inital idea was to do rubber duckies, but I have yet to find a rubber ducky shower curtain that is fabric, that I like (I hate plastic shower curtains for some reason...just a personal preference). SO I was on target.com Saturday night looking at shower curtains...and low and behold AN OWL SHOWER CURTAIN! "Shut up" I exclaimed! Again, I am cheap and this shower curtain is $30 (which is expensive in my opinion) buttttttt, I knew, no other shower curtain would be good enough for me after laying my eyes on this "Give a Hoot Shower Curtain":

Yep....ordered it last night!

So cute! I wish I was creative enough to do canvas paintings like that!
ReplyDeleteThat is absolutely adorable! Great job with the decorating!
ReplyDeleteThanks ladies! I can't wait for the shower curtain to get here. I have plans of painting, and redoing our bathroom floor!
