I was awakened....not by Caden. He was sound asleep (I believe in the same position I put him down in). I heard music, and wondered if I was dreaming...or crazy. No, it kept playing, and then I recognized the familiar music. It was baby music! From Caden's exersaucer! The thing isn't supposed to play music unless you push the buttons on the toys.


So I got up, and went into the living room to investigate....Half asleep mind you! In the dark I unsnapped the sunflower toy (on the left in pic) to turn the button off. It was wet. What is the only liquid that comes in contact with the exersaucer? Yep, you guessed it....Spit-up! SICK! The reason the darn thing was playing was because my talented, puking baby managed to puke into the toy, which sits in a little inset area on the exersaucer, and puke managed to puddle right underneath it! YUMMY!

So I wiped the toy off (in the dark) with a paper towel and set it on the counter. This morning I cleaned the exersaucer off. What a lovely thing to deal with at 3:30 AM! haha...motherhood...so glamorous!
