Day 8- A place you've traveled to

If you know me & Jared, you know that we LOVE to travel! I always liked going places, and grew up going on family vacations, but when I met Jared he introduced me to some beautiful places. I remember asking him as we were preparing for our first road-trip "Are you going to map-quest everything?" I was answered with a laugh of disgust!

Map-quest is blasphemous in our house! My husband is a walking map. He has the big Rand-McNally trucker map. He spends countless hours on Google Earth, and is obsessed with mountains. Show him a picture of a landscape, and nine times out of ten, he can tell you exactly where it is. I am amazed at this skill honestly! I also truly believe that he has just as much fun planning the trip as he does actually taking the trip!

Anyways! I say all of that to say that we have been to many beautiful places here in North America. In 2007 we went to California, Arizona and Nevada and also to Hawaii for our honeymoon. In 2008 we went to Colorado and Utah for spring break. In 2009 we went on a 3 week road-trip through California, Oregon, Washington, and western Canada. In spring of 2010 we went to California again. My top 3 favs are: San Francisco, Lake Tahoe & Banff NP Canada.

So I have like 2000 pictures (literally) but hope you enjoyed these few. I don't have any Hawaii pics on this computer. This summer we hope to get some beautiful pictures of the New England States.
